Section of the Invest your Talent Program dedicated to companies:
Companies, small and medium-sized enterprises, and trade associations are a fundamental component of our country's economy, playing an essential role in growth and the promotion of exports.
For this reason, the Invest your Talent in Italy Program aims to create a fruitful working space between students, universities and Italian companies, a synergy that directs the brightest minds completing their academic studies towards targeted, high-level training internships in Italian businesses.
The goal is to train highly specialized professionals with an international outlook, attuned to the needs and challenges of global markets and capable of creating connections between Italy and their country of origin.
For this reason, the Program provides for the advanced training in Italy of young international talents from markets that are strategic for businesses to be complemented by an internship at an Italian company.
Promotion abroad is mainly carried out through the activities of the diplomatic-consular network and Italian cultural institutes. Uni-Italia and ICE also contribute to promotional activities through their foreign networks.
Finally, promotional events are organised throughout Italy to inform companies about the opportunities offered by the programme, particularly with regard to the possibility of taking on trainees who are currently specialising.
To this end, we provide this space within the My-IYT platform, where companies can search for IYT talents available for internships.
